Thanks Margie. It has been a weird week and a half without him. We still talk to him, and to Bobo who left us a little over a year ago. We like to think they’re together now and can still hear us.

Interesting position he takes, too bad every penny in every currency in every hand of every person on earth is monopoly money.

Our governments, in Canada too, buy their money from central banks at interest. Essentially, all debts including those of nations are paid with fake money that is borrowed.

Tax cuts, job creation, industry stimulation… none of it will reduce debt or deficits anywhere because of the fact that money is CREATED not re organized to fund these actions.

In essence, every time the printers go everyone of our dollars is worth less because, there are more of them.

Life isn’t getting more expensive anywhere, it’s just our money that is worth less every day.

Rick is great. I believe he has the best job this side of Formula 1 driver. It was great having him out. As for snow tires… Like you said, a smart driver would drive within the capabilities of the vehicle and the driver, but it’s really nice to have the right tires when the unforeseen inevitably rears its ugly head.

I’ve always liked Rick Mercer. He has tried so many different things – I would have thought he could drive a stick shift. I didn’t hear his rant about people not being smart enough to buy snow tires, but I’ve always thought a smart driver can avoid a telephone pole regardless of what kind of tires are on the vehicle.

There is some solid information on this blog. I like how you put things. I’ve added the feed to my boomarks and will check back often. I did have an issue with how quick this page loaded. Might be an issue to fix.
